Kevin was raised in Naperville, Illinois and moved to Tacoma, Washington in 2015 for his first military assignment. Having grown up in the Midwest, rarely experiencing mountains or ocean, he instantly fell in love.
Kevin is a licensed real estate broker who opened a property management business after he noticed none of his friends or coworkers could find a dependable property manager while they were deployed or moving. He prides himself in exceptional communication and being detail oriented.
He is married to his wife, Devin, who is a practicing attorney in the South Sound Region. When not at work, they are backpacking, skiing, or climbing any of the mountains or volcanoes the weather allows.
As the Resident Operations Manager, Venus helps all current Residents with maintenance requests, questions, and anything that may come up while they are in one of our homes.
Outside of work, Venus enjoys life’s simple pleasures—exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and staying curious about the world around her.
Activities like snorkeling, traveling, and occasional farming bring her a sense of balance and joy. Whether it’s a quiet walk in nature or a spontaneous road trip, she values experiences that feel grounding and meaningful, helping her stay connected to what matters most.
As our Leasing Operations Manager, Catalina handles everything from post-Owner onboarding through Resident screening and move-in.
With over five years of experience, Catalina has developed a strong foundation in operations, documentation, and client communication. She genuinely enjoys creating structure behind the scenes so that Owners, Residents, and Team Members feel supported and informed.
She values clear communication, reliability, and excellence in execution. Catalina is proactive, detail-oriented, and thoughtful in the way she handles both daily tasks and long-term processes. For her, great property management is not only about systems, it’s about trust and consistency.
